8.25.2025- Drainage in Community. 

The Effingham County storm system in phase 1 has a failure in the drainage easement running from Chapel Park to a detention pond behind Noble Court. This repair is underway and should be completed between 8/25/2025 – 8/29/2025.

Phase 2 has a failure in a storm pipe in a drainage easement running from Churchill Drive to Chapel Park Dr. This repair will start on 8/28/2025, and the crew will stay on site until the repair is completed.
